(7) Sleep a lot. Sleep will give your body relaxation and boost your immune system. But do not sleep the whole day. There are 24 hours a day. If we sleep for 8 hours, we still have 16 hours left for our activities. We still can have lots of fun and productive activities to do.
(8) Remember your loved ones. Some of our children or relatives are away from us. Remembering them without doing anything will give us loneliness that may lead to depression or mental illness. Stay connected with them. The internet is the best way of getting in touch with them. Wherever they are they will only be a click away from us.
(9) Solve puzzles to exercise your brains. Our brains should not be left stagnant. We should also have an account with Facebook or Friendster. And we should YM our friends to stay connected and have our brains work. Write articles about anything, or be a blogger like me. (10) Cultivate positive attitude. Remember that positive poles attract positive energies and negative poles do the same. Research said that being positive will give us years of fun and meaning of life.
Let us live long and be happy. Even if they say that life after death is happier, who can prove it?
